Bi-LED Projector Lens Wholesale: Distributor Stocking Guide
How distributors stock bi-LED projector lenses wholesale: 3.0, 2.5 and 1.5 inch and fog series, plug-in vs cut-in, MOQ 100 sets, samples and lead time.
Short answer: a profitable bi-LED projector lens range does not need hundreds of SKUs. Most distributors cover their market with four building blocks: a 3.0-inch lens in a plug-in and a cut-in version, a 2.5-inch lens for compact housings, a 1.5-inch mini lens for slim lamps and motorcycles, and a fog lens in 3.0 or 2.0 inch. Add brackets, harnesses and decoders for your top vehicles, and you can serve most retrofit shops in your area. ShinVea, a Guangzhou projector lens manufacturer founded in 2015, sells all of these wholesale from 100 sets per order.

Who this guide is for
This guide is for importers, wholesalers and retrofit workshops that want to buy bi-LED projector lenses wholesale, either as a first range or to tidy up an existing one. It uses the ShinVea lineup as the example, but the logic works for any brand: match lens sizes to the housings in your market, then decide how deep to go in each size.

How to build your first wholesale order
Step 1: Start with 3.0-inch plug-in and cut-in
The 3.0-inch bi-LED lens is the workhorse of the retrofit trade. Stock both installation types:
- L series (lossless plug-in): no cutting of the original headlamp. Easier to sell to shops that want reversible upgrades and to end customers who worry about their warranty.
- E series (cut-in): the headlamp is modified and the lens mounts with a screw tail. Preferred by experienced workshops for custom builds.
Inside each series, the 0–3 numbers step up in power. Many distributors start with one entry model and one high-output model per series rather than all four.
Step 2: Add a 2.5-inch lens for compact cars
Many compact and older headlamps cannot take a 3.0-inch lens. The N series (N0–N3) covers these housings. If your market has many small sedans and hatchbacks, the 2.5-inch line can sell as much as the 3.0-inch. Not sure which size fits? Our lens size guide explains how to measure.
Step 3: Add 1.5-inch mini lenses
The S series covers slim headlamps, auxiliary lights and motorcycle builds. The S0 PRO is a 20 W entry module; S0, S1 and S2 step up to 65 W high beam per lamp.
Step 4: Add fog lenses
Fog lens upgrades are an easy add-on sale. The F series (3.0 inch) and G series (2.0 inch) cover most bumper openings, and ShinVea offers vehicle-specific fog brackets for common Toyota and Honda bumpers.

One-stop accessories: sell kits, not just lenses
Shops buy more when the order arrives complete. ShinVea supplies kits matched to a vehicle and market: lens + bracket + harness + decoder + sealant + instructions. Current bracket examples include the Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 (2022–2025), Lexus LX570, Toyota Camry LED (2018, 2023), Kia Sportage 2023 matrix kit, Honda Accord 11th-gen and Honda Civic 11th-gen. Auxiliary materials (decoders, harnesses, shrouds, dust covers) and workshop tools (headlight oven, glue injector, ultrasonic cutter, hot-air blower) are also available.
