Plug-and-play (non-destructive) lenses use an H7, H4 or 9006 interface and install without cutting the original reflector; the 3.0-inch version measures 105 × 79 × 156 mm. Cut-in lenses are installed by modifying the headlamp and are more compact (105 × 71 × 140 mm for 3.0-inch). Read the installation guide.

Yes. Headlight lenses are available with an LHD or RHD cut-off line, or with a flat cut-off. Tell us the market (for example Malaysia, Indonesia or the UK drive on the left) when you order.

Both describe how the high beam is produced. A dual-reflector lens uses a second reflector cup for the high beam. Direct-beam lenses add one to four extra LED chips that shine straight through the lens for the high beam, written as 6 + 1, 6 + 2, 6 + 3 or 6 + 4 (low-beam chips + direct-beam chips). Most catalog headlight lenses are 6000–6500K by default, and many can be made in 4300K, 5000K or 5500K. The lineup models (L, E, N, S, F and G series) are 5800K. Fog lenses come in white, yellow (3000K), dual-colour and tri-colour versions.

The standard voltage is 12 V. 24 V versions can be made for trucks and buses on request for most catalog lenses.

ShinVea projector lenses carry a 12-month warranty. Contact us with the order number, photos or a short video and the installation details if a problem appears.

Both are 3.0-inch Bi-LED lenses. The L series is lossless: a no-cut plug-in lens with a flat tail that installs without cutting the original headlamp. The E series is lossy: the headlamp has to be modified and the lens is fixed with its screw tail. See the 3.0-inch lenses.

The MOQ is 100 sets. Samples for testing are free; the buyer pays shipping.

Lead time is about 2 weeks when the model is in stock, about 1 month when production has to be arranged. We confirm the date with the quotation.

We ask for a deposit to confirm the order; the balance is paid in full before the goods ship from China.
